Who are we?
The PAL Coalition of the 7th Street Corridor (PAL stands for the three neighborhoods, Park Hill, Algonquin and Old Louisville), encompasses four census tracts and includes partial zip codes 40215, 40208, 40210.

Our Mission: “To reduce the incidence of substance abuse by young people residing in the 7th Street Corridor of Central Louisville through a collaborative coalition that coordinates resources through public policy, laws, revenue and strategy development.”
